Tameka Womack, Founder & CEO
WorkWise Dynamics, founded in 2023 by 20-year career recruiter Tameka Womack, combines decades of expertise with innovative strategies to connect career seekers and businesses.
Tameka started her career in recruiting in 2004 moving from HR Coordinator to Staffing Director to now owner of WorkWise Dynamics. She has worked with top recruiting companies across the country and abroad providing HR and recruiting, compliance, and business development services.
Outside of helping career seekers find their place in the world, Tameka is a mom of two teens who runs a community outreach program helping underprivileged teens receive Christmas gifts and school fee support.
